Shipping + Returns

Orders are shipped 2-5 days of purchase, with the exception of made-to-order product, please allow 2-3 weeks. Once items are shipped, It Could Be is not responsible for any packages delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen. 

For pick up orders, you will be notified when your order is ready and contacted to accommodate a pick up time.  

Please ensure all shipping information is correct, It Could Be will not change the shipping information originally applied to purchase and is not responsible for any costs required for returned packages or reshipment. 

For International orders, all customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. It Could Be is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
